You are responsible for delivering insightful reports and analyses and providing data-driven insights across various business functions. You will work hands-on with existing systems and data, even when data quality and processes are not ideal.
- Reporting & Analytics: Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g. in Power BI) for Management, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
- KPI Definitions: Ensure clear KPI definitions and consistent reporting logic across business functions.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Deliver analyses and derive actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Data Preparation: Extract, combine, clean, and structure data from multiple systems (ERP, CRM, HR, Excel).
- Data Quality: Identify inconsistencies and develop pragmatic solutions to improve data quality.
- Business Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and translate data into meaningful business insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify quick wins to improve reporting efficiency and data processes.
- Documentation: Document data sources, KPI definitions, and reporting structures.
