Your mission
                        You will be the main commercial contact for our Custom Solutions customers, turning complex needs into tailored solutions based on our core technologies. Throughout each project, you’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to define requirements, align internal stakeholders, support sales and ensure successful delivery. This is a cross-functional role at the core of our business, ideal for someone smart, customer-driven, and eager to grow in a technical environment.
You will join the newly built Product and Solutions team that gather our Product managers and Commercial Project Managers, in the Commercial team.
• Identify, clarify, and document customer needs and use cases (including technical, application, timeline, and financial aspects)
• Guide internal teams to propose the most suitable solutions
• Draft quotations and review Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
• Support sales through the pre-sales phase
• Manage commercial aspects of custom projects (timeline, price, feasibility, T&Cs)
• Coordinate project milestones including FAT and CAT
• Act as the main point of contact for the customer during project execution
• Report market feedback to product managers
