Your mission
                        We are seeking a market-oriented Senior Product Manager to drive market expansion and commercialization success of our precision microdispensing solutions. You will own the product strategy and ensure our Next Generation Instrument’s product-market fit, aligning cross-functional teams, incl. Sales, R&D, Marketing, Commercial Project Managers, Operations, and Executive Management.
Acting as the CEO of your products, you’ll define and maintain a clear product vision aligned with company and corporate objectives. This is a strategic position at the heart of our operations, with direct impact on business performance, innovation direction, and group-level visibility through consolidated processes across SCIENION and BICO.
• Own product strategy and lifecycle for SCIENION instruments and consumables
• Define value propositions, market positioning, and pricing strategies
• Build business cases and portfolio roadmaps based on market and customer insight, user needs, and business priorities, prepare scenario-based recommendations
• Drive alignment across all teams: Sales, R&D, Ops, and Marketing
• Drive sales enablement initiatives and support launches and commercial campaigns with training and tools
• Identify business opportunities in collaborating with other business units of the BICO group
• Monitor portfolio performance and continuously optimize offerings
• Represent SCIENION at key industry events: occasional travel to international trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings is required
